本文用TG、MS、元素分析等方法研究了合成沸石烘干原粉中有机胺的存在状态。结果表明,沸石孔道中有机胺有两种状态,一种是物理吸咐态正丁胺,另一种是电荷补偿态的三丁基胺。并从孔道填充角度分析说明,三丁基胺作为模板剂有利于ZSM-5沸石的晶化。阶段取样实验证明,有机胺主要以电荷补偿阳离子形式构成三丁基胺正四面体结构,导向ZSM-5沸石核的生成。同时,正丁胺以物理吸咐态形式进入沸石孔道。酸性测定发现,正丁胺合成体系品化的ZSM-5沸石,强酸性中心主要产生于电荷补偿有机胺分解后生成的酸性中心。
In this paper, TG, MS, elemental analysis and other methods to study the presence of organic amines in the dried zeolite powder. The results show that there are two states of organic amines in the pore of zeolite, one is n-butylamine physically adsorbed, and the other is tributylamine in charge compensation state. And from the channel filling angle analysis shows that tributylamine as a template agent is conducive to the crystallization of ZSM-5 zeolite. The phase sampling experiments show that the organic amine mainly forms the tributylamine tetrahedron structure in the form of charge compensating cation and leads to the formation of the ZSM-5 zeolite nucleus. At the same time, n-butylamine enters the zeolite pores in the form of physically-supported states. Acidic determination found that the n-butylamine synthesis system of ZSM-5 zeolite, the strong acidic center mainly generated in the charge-compensated organic amine generated acidic center.
