组织病理学观察发现,中药补肾固齿丸对糖尿病和非糖尿病大鼠因局部刺激因素引起的牙周损害具有保护作用,尤其是对糖尿病大鼠的保护作用更明显,其机理是什么呢?本实验观察了口服固齿丸对糖尿病大鼠实验性牙周炎牙周组织酶化学改变的影响。结果可见,固齿丸治疗组未见对照组所出现的一些氧化还原酶类和碱性磷酸酶活性的下降,表明固齿丸可能是通过调节实验性牙周炎大鼠牙周组织的代谢,进而改善宿主的免疫
Histopathological observation found that Bushen Guzhen Pill, a traditional Chinese medicine, has a protective effect on periodontal lesions caused by local stimuli in diabetic and non-diabetic rats, especially for diabetic rats.
