目的:观察复方炉黄软膏的抗炎、镇痛和止血作用,为复方炉黄软膏的进一步临床应用开发提供科学依据。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀,小鼠扭体致痛法、甩尾致痛法以及小鼠断尾止血法,分别观察复方炉黄软膏的抗炎、镇痛和止血作用。结果:复方炉黄软膏在0.25~0.5g/ml的剂量范围内,能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶诱导的足肿胀;同时,药物能明显减轻小鼠的扭体次数,延长扭体潜伏期和小鼠的甩尾时间;此外,药物还能明显缩短小鼠断尾的出血时间。结论:复方炉黄软膏具有明确的抗炎、镇痛和止血作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hemostatic effects of Fufang Fuhuang Ointment, and provide scientific basis for the further clinical application and development of Fufang Fuhuang Ointment. Conclusion: Fufang Fuhuang Ointment has definite anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hemostatic effects.
