用改良的硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)荧光法测定受照人血淋巴细胞中LPO值,从LPO水平上观察4种不同类型的抗氧化剂对~(60)Coγ线辐照所致的离体淋巴细胞的辐射防护效应。实验结果表明:(1)补加外源性抗氧化剂对辐射所致的细胞膜的LPO损伤的防护效应有显著影响;(2)4种抗氧化剂的辐射防护效果的强弱顺序为SOD>VE>VC、Se~(4+);(3)淋巴细胞的辐射防护效应不仅与细胞种类、照射剂量有关,还与抗氧化剂品质,用药浓度和预处理过程及监测时间的选择等密切相关。
The LPO value of irradiated human lymphocytes was measured by modified thiobarbituric acid (TBA) fluorescence method. The effects of four different types of antioxidants on the radiation of ~ (60) Coγ line were observed at LPO level Radiation protection of somatic lymphocytes. The results showed that: (1) Supplemental exogenous antioxidants had a significant effect on the protective effect of LPO induced by radiation; (2) The order of the protective effect of four antioxidants was SOD> VE> VC and Se ~ (4 +). (3) The radioprotective effects of lymphocytes are not only related to cell types and irradiation dose, but also to antioxidant qualities, drug concentration and the selection of pretreatment process and monitoring time.
