目的对种植支抗辅助内收前牙的头影进行测量分析。方法选择于2012年1月~2012年12月到本院行正畸治疗的50例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组及对照组,每组25例,观察组种植支抗,对照组传统强支抗。正畸前后拍摄患者头颅定位侧的位片,对比观察患者在测量前后牙和牙槽骨的变化情况,行统计学分析。结果两组患者在前牙内收量方面相比较,观察组明显的大于对照组,且两组间在牙槽骨改建的变化方面相比较差异无统计学意义;观察组患者前牙内收时垂直方向没有变化,对照组患者上颌切牙伸长,差异有统计学意义;观察组患者治疗前后磨牙近中移动无明显变化,对照组患者变化明显且差异有统计学意义。结论前牙内收中上切牙的唇倾度发生了很大程度的改变,有大幅内收,无前牙伸长、后牙前移等情况发生,但是牙槽骨改变方面经对数据进行分析,两组患者间并无显著性差异。行种植支抗辅助内收前牙时,要注意对患者的牙根与牙槽骨的健康进行密切关注。
Objective To measure and analyze the head shadow of implant supporting anterior adducting anterior teeth. Conclusions The lip inclination of the upper incisors in the anterior teeth has been changed to a great extent. There are a great deal of adduction, no anterior teeth elongation and posterior teeth advancement, but the alveolar bone changes have been done on the data Analysis, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients.
