2003年6月,白燕村民在白燕遗址附近的狐儿沟地点为农田浇水时,发现人骨及陶器,村民李胜利将两具人骨及陶片收集后交给山西省考古研究所。现将有关情况介绍如下。狐儿沟位于白燕遗址第一点以北约400米处,地势较高,陶器及人骨暴露处现在为断崖,因为被水流冲击,断崖塌陷,两具人骨及陶器散落出来,村民将两件完整陶器捡走,剩余陶片受水冲及,散落在较大范围内。收集回来的陶片最终复原完整陶器12件,另有3件仅残存罐底部分,两具人骨基本完整。陶器及人骨均保存于山西省考古研究所。现将出土陶器介绍如下。
In June 2003, Bai Yan villagers watered their farmland at the foxerogou site near the Baiyan site and found that the human bone and pottery were collected by the villager Li Shengli and handed over to the Institute of Archeology of Shanxi Province. The relevant information is as follows. The foxgou is located about 400 meters north of the first point of the Baiyan site. The terrain is high. The exposed parts of the pottery and the human bone are now cliffs. Because of the current impact, the collapse of the cliff and the scattering of two human bones and pottery, the villagers will complete two pieces Pottery picked away, the remaining pottery washed, scattered in a larger area. The collected pottery finally recovered 12 pieces of pottery, while the other 3 pieces only left the bottom part of the pot. The two pieces of human bone were basically intact. Pottery and human bone are preserved in Shanxi Provincial Institute of Archeology. Now unearthed pottery introduced below.
