中国德国商会执行总经理鲁玉棠日前在接受本刊记者采访时说,目前的中德经济合作可谓“基础牢固,前景广阔”。她个人以及在中国的德国人都相信,如果北京的环保问题能够不断改善,将会使两国的经济往来更上一层楼。
