行政监察是我国一项重要监督制度,它在维护政令畅通、保证政府公正廉洁、改善行政管理、提升政府效率等方面发挥了重要作用,但我国现行监察制度还面临着体制不顺、地位低下、范围空泛、过程不明、权责模糊等现实困惑。因而,我们需要从体制革新、流程再造、技术改进三个方面入手,建立健全具有中国特色的行政监察制度。
Administrative supervision is an important supervisory system in our country. It plays an important role in maintaining the smooth flow of government orders, ensuring the government is just and honest, improving administrative management and improving the government efficiency. However, the current supervisory system in our country still faces the problems of unsmooth system, low status, The scope of the vague, the process is unknown, the confusion of power and other realities confusion.
