二甲四氯是属苯氧羧酸类除莠剂,国内误服中毒的病例报道甚少,现将我院误服中毒的1例病人报告如下。病历摘要:王某,女,58岁。因与家人口角,空腹自服二甲四氯除草剂30ml,服药10分钟后被家人发现,即用肥皂水约2,000ml 灌服,急送医院。途中频繁呕吐,烦躁不安。2小时到急诊室,病人神志模糊,问话不能回答,躁动不安,用温开水1,500ml 洗胃后送入病房。检查:躁动不安,体检不配合、两前臂肌束阵发性颤动。血压136/90,心率84次。神志模糊,瞳孔2mm,对光反射灵敏,口腔分泌物少。颈软、无抵抗。心肺听诊无异常,腹软,肝脾未触及,双膝反射减弱,巴彬斯基征(-);血常规血红蛋白14g,白细胞8,800,中性90%,尿粪常规正常。肝功能2次检查皆正常,胆碱脂酶82u,
