应用甲基纤维素体外培养法对25例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者进行外周血红系造血干细胞(BFU—E)及粒单系造血干细胞(CFU一GM)测定.结果显示活动期患者两者均显著低于正常人(P<0.01,P<0.01)及非活动期患者(P<0.01,P<0.05).去除患者外周血中的单核细胞及T淋巴细胞并不能使之恢复正常.BFU—E及(CFU一GM的降低与血清IgG的浓度呈负相关(r=-0.58,P<0.01及r=-0.49,P<0.01),与抗双链DNA抗体也呈负相关(r=-0.65,P<0.01及r=-0.57,P<0.01).而患者外周血白细胞计数则与CFU-GM呈正相关(r=0.61,P<0.01).提示患者血清IgG的异常增高可导致患者红系、粒单系造血干细胞的减少.它们的减少是SLE活动有价值的指标.
Twenty-five patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) were treated with methylcellulose in vitro for the detection of BFU-E and CFU-GM. The results showed that both active-phase patients (P <0.01, P <0.01) and in inactive patients (P <0.01, P <0.05), and the removal of monocytes and T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood did not return to normal. The decrease of BFU-E and CFU-GM was negatively correlated with serum IgG (r = -0.58, P <0.01 and r = -0.49, P <0.01) = -0.65, P <0.01 and r = -0.57, P <0.01), while the peripheral blood leukocyte count was positively correlated with CFU-GM (r = 0.61, P <0.01) Patient erythroid, granulocytic hematopoietic stem cells decreased their reduction is a valuable indicator of SLE activity.
