外伤后角巩膜层间囊肿较为少见,国内尚未见文献记载,作者十年内曾见4例,其中住院3例,门诊1例,现报告于后。 例一,郑××,男,30岁,住院号159989,患者于1979年左眼被铁块击伤,当地眼眶x片排除球内异物。1980年来我院就诊时诊断为虹膜囊肿并外伤性白内障,虹膜囊肿行激光治疗,外伤性白内障未行手术,1984年该眼虹膜囊肿复发,并发青光眼二次来院行虹膜囊肿切除及白内障空针吸出术。术后眼压Tn,视力CF/M,镜矫+13.00D,0.4。
