婴儿死亡监测,是一项群体性的工作,我区占地面积广,人群居住分散,为了使死婴上报工作准确,我所对上岗的专业人员首先进行婴儿死亡专业方面的培训,每月将死婴上报卡汇集区妇幼保健所.每季度区妇幼保健所的医务人员要深入各医院急诊室、儿科病房、产科、婴儿室,核对死亡底册,并深入到各街、乡核对婴儿死亡情况,年终进行补漏检查.使全区的婴儿死亡漏报率降至最低程度.1986～1992年汇集了508例诊断较明确的死婴资料,反映了天津市滨海地区婴儿死亡的综合概况,现将7年来婴儿死亡情况分析如下.
