利用Ti-C和Al-Fe2O3反应体系,采用SHS铸渗法在球铁表面制备复合材料。研究物料配比对铸渗层微观组织和磨损性能的影响。结果表明,形成表面复合材料的适宜配比为Ti-C体系55%+Al-Fe2O3体系40%+硼砂5%,Al与Fe2O3的质量比为2∶5。铸渗层中原位生成的Al2O3和TiC颗粒分布在Fe基固溶体上。低应力切削磨损条件下,铸渗层的磨损率仅为球铁基体的1/3,且其磨损率随磨程的增加而降低。
The Ti-C and Al-Fe2O3 reaction systems were used to fabricate composites on the surface of ductile iron by SHS infiltration. The effect of material ratio on microstructure and wear properties of infiltrated layer was investigated. The results show that the suitable proportion of surface composites is 55% of Ti-C system + 40% of Al-Fe2O3 system and 5% of borax, the mass ratio of Al to Fe2O3 is 2: 5. In-situ formation of Al2O3 and TiC particles in the infiltrated layer distributes on the Fe-based solid solution. The wear rate of cast-infiltrated layer is only 1/3 of that of ductile iron under low-stress cutting and wear conditions, and its wear rate decreases with the increase of wear-time.
