目的:综合评价2012年河南省妇女病筛查结果,横向分析比较各市妇女病筛查现状和差异。方法:取妇女病检查率、查出率、滴虫性阴道炎患病率、宫颈糜烂患病率、尖锐湿疣患病率、卵巢癌患病率、宫颈癌患病率、乳腺癌患病率8项指标,应用秩和比法综合分析评价。结果:2012年河南省妇女病筛查结果分为劣、中、优3档,其中郑州市、濮阳市、洛阳市为劣档,驻马店市、焦作市、开封市、平顶山市、信阳市、南阳市、新乡市、商丘市、三门峡市、济源市为中档,漯河市、周口市、安阳市、许昌市、鹤壁市妇女病筛查结果优于同年筛查的河南省其他城市为优档。结论:2012年河南省各市妇女病筛查结果有好有坏,要提高妇女病筛查信息上报质量,加大宣传教育,增强政府重视程度,促进妇女健康水平。
OBJECTIVE: To comprehensively evaluate the screening results of women’s diseases in Henan Province in 2012 and to compare and analyze the status and differences of screening women’s diseases in each city horizontally. Methods: Check the prevalence of women’s disease, detection rate, prevalence of trichomonas vaginitis, cervical erosion prevalence, genital warts prevalence, ovarian cancer prevalence, cervical cancer prevalence, breast cancer prevalence rate of 8 Item index, the application of rank sum method comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results: The screening results of women’s diseases in Henan Province in 2012 were divided into three grades: inferior, medium and excellent, among which Zhengzhou, Puyang and Luoyang were inferior, Zhumadian, Jiaozuo, Kaifeng, Pingdingshan, Xinyang and Nanyang , Xinxiang City, Shangqiu City, Sanmenxia City, Jiyuan City for the mid-range, Luohe City, Zhoukou City, Anyang City, Xuchang City, Hebi City, screening results of women outperformed the other cities in Henan Province in the same year for the excellent file. Conclusion: The screening results of women’s diseases in all cities of Henan Province in 2012 are good or bad. We should improve the quality of screening reports of women’s diseases, increase publicity and education, increase the government’s attention and promote women’s health.
