霉干菜是浙江绍兴的一种特产,清朝时曾作为绍兴的“八大贡品之一”进贡朝廷,一般用芥菜、尚未抽苔的白菜和油菜等腌制后晒干制成。它香气浓郁,味美质嫩,能开胃口,增进食欲,且久贮不变,是一种常年食用的大众食品,又因与周总理的密切渊源而广为人知。周总理祖籍绍兴,对于从小吃惯了的霉干菜,始终念念不忘。只要一有机会,他就会重温一下家乡菜那熟悉的味道,并把这道美食推荐给身边的所有人。
Dried vegetable is a specialty of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province.
