我国地大物博,拥有丰富的自然资源。社会主义建设的高速度发展,要求我們更积极地向自然斗争,向地球开战,这就必須越来越系統地、全面地認识这个斗爭对象。通过科学技术的发展和生产实踐,把现在还没有发現或运用的资源,加以发现和运用;把已经利用起来的資源,运用得更加充分。对于许多有害的自然現象,应当尽量减少它的危害,并进一步根据它的規律去改造它,利用它,把不利的因素转化成为有利的因素。認識自然,改造和利用自然,使大自然为社会主义建設服务,是我們自然資源工作的目的。
Our country is rich in natural resources and rich in natural resources. The high-speed development of socialist construction requires us to more actively fight nature and to war on the earth. This calls for more and more systematic and comprehensive understanding of this object of struggle. It is the purpose of our natural resources to know nature, reform and make use of nature so that nature can serve the socialist construction.
