This year marks the 40th anniversary of the promulgation of the “Decision on the Huaihe River Control” and the first year of the International Decade of Reducing Disasters. In order to promote the tremendous achievements in water conservancy construction over the past 40 years and to raise people’s awareness of flood control and drought relief , Disaster reduction on the development of national economy and the maintenance of social stability, vigorously promote the implementation of the “Water Law” and “regulation of river management”, improve project management, give full play to the comprehensive benefits of water conservancy projects, Huai Wei Flood Control Office, Huaihe trade unions and “ Governance Huai ”
