本文简单介绍了软氮化的原理及现状,探讨了用甲酰胺及尿素、纯尿素为渗氮剂的软氮化工艺及催渗剂,以找出适用于生产的软氮化工艺。
In this paper, the principle and status quo of nitrocarburizing are introduced briefly. The nitrocarburizing process and permeation enhancer with formamide and urea and pure urea as nitriding agent are discussed to find the soft nitriding process suitable for production.
