本文对应用于变蒸发温度制冷系统的混合制冷剂R236fa/R32的饱和蒸气压力、泡露点温度、滑移温度特性进行了理论研究;建立了变蒸发温度制冷系统的计算模型;通过混合工质变组份的理论和实验研究,对机组的性能参数进行了分析;并与常规单一制冷剂制冷系统进行了性能比较。研究结果表明:大温度滑移的混合工质可实现一机变蒸发温度的特性;R236fa/R32(0.4:0.6)的COP值最高,压缩机功率最低;混合工质变蒸发温度制冷系统相对常规单一制冷剂制冷系统优点是COP值升高,压缩机功率降低,缺点是排气温度升高,但满足压缩机安全稳定运行要求。
In this paper, the saturated vapor pressure, the bubble dew point temperature and the sliding temperature characteristic of the mixed refrigerant R236fa / R32 used in variable temperature refrigeration system are theoretically studied; the calculation model of the variable evaporation temperature refrigeration system is established; Part of the theoretical and experimental studies of the unit’s performance parameters were analyzed; and compared with the conventional single refrigerant refrigeration system performance comparison. The results show that the mixed working medium with large temperature slip can achieve the characteristic of one machine-variable evaporation temperature; the COP value of R236fa / R32 (0.4: 0.6) is the highest and the compressor power is the lowest; Agent refrigeration system advantages COP value increases, the compressor power is reduced, the disadvantage is the exhaust temperature, but to meet the compressor safety and stability requirements.
