新奥法 (NATM)在 194 8年一经奥地利学者 L· V·腊布希维兹教授提出 ,便得到了世界各国地下工程界的广泛关注。特别是近 2 0多年来我国铁路、水电等行业以新奥法修建的若干隧道 ,更使新奥法的理论和工程实践都得到了长足的发展。现结合紫坪铺水利枢纽导流隧洞的实际工程条件 ,从多方面探讨本工程实施新奥法的设计指导思想及原则 ,以期获得比传统方法更好的技术、经济效果
After NATO was proposed by the Austrian scholar VLV Debbuchwitz in 1948, it gained wide attention from underground engineering communities all over the world. In particular, the construction of a number of tunnels built by the New Austrian Law in China’s railways, hydropower and other industries in recent 20 years has also made great strides in the development of the theory and engineering practice of the New Austrian Law. Based on the actual engineering conditions of the diversion tunnel at Zipingpu Water Conservancy Project, this paper discusses the design guidelines and principles for the implementation of the New Austrian Law from various aspects in order to obtain better technical and economic results than the traditional methods
