E-commerce professional understanding: E-commerce literally uses electronic technology to engage in various business activities. However, Professor Li Qi, an e-commerce expert in our country, has a deeper understanding of this definition. In his introduction to e-commerce, he defines e-commerce (P13) as follows: Firstly, e-commerce is divided into generalized and narrow e-commerce. Generalized e-commerce is defined as the use of a variety of electronic tools engaged in business or activities. These tools range from basic telegraph, telephone, radio, television, fax to computers, computer networks, to modern systems such as NI (National Information Infrastructure - Information Highway), GI (Global Information Infrastructure) and the Internet. Commercial activities, on the other hand, are all activities after the typical production process is removed from the demand activities of pan-goods (physical and non-physical, commodity and non-commercial production factors, etc.) to the rational and legitimate consumption of pan commodities. Narrow e-commerce is defined as the main use of the Internet for business or activities. E-commerce is a collective term for people who master information technology and business rules in the modern society with highly developed economy and economy. They systematically use electronic tools to carry out various activities centering on commodity exchange with high efficiency and low cost. This analysis highlights the premise, center, priorities, goals and standards of e-commerce, points out the level and effects it is supposed to achieve, and it is a more rigorous definition of e-commerce and an expression of the requirements of the times. It emphasizes, from a systemic point of view, The central position of the system, the environment and people, people and tools, people and objects of labor organically linked to the system’s goals, the composition of the system to define e-commerce, so that it has the nature of productivity.
