韭菜性温,最宜养阳气。特别是平日手脚冰凉的人,不妨多食用韭菜。但韭菜并不适合所有人的体质,以下几类人最好少吃或者不吃。首先,爱上火的人体质偏热,经常出现便秘、口舌干燥、生口疮等上火症状,如果大量进食韭菜,会导致上火症状更为严重。儿童由于抵抗力较低,容易上火,最好也少吃韭菜。其次,韭菜中含有丰富的膳食纤维,能够促进肠胃蠕动,但它也不易消化。胃溃疡患者、肠胃不适、大便较稀的人最好少吃韭菜,否则大量的粗纤维会刺激肠壁,引起腹泻。
