各市、县、自治县人民政府,省政府直属各单位:海南省政府和国家旅游局从2000年起成功举办了第一、二届中国海南岛欢乐节,提高了海南的知名度,有力推动了我省旅游产业发展。省政府决定与国家旅游局继续于今年11月22日至12月8日共同主办第三届中国海南岛欢乐节。《第三届中国海南岛欢乐节总体方案》已经省政府同意,现印发给你们,请按方案认真做好各项准备工作,确保今年欢乐节举办成功。二○○二年九月二十四日
