B7-CD28介导的共刺激是T淋巴细胞活化的重要辅助信号。共刺激家族成员在精确调节T细胞活化中起不同的作用。干预共刺激途径可能为临床治疗自身免疫疾病和肿瘤、器官移植等提供某些可能的策略。
B7-CD28-mediated costimulation is an important helper signal for T lymphocyte activation. Co-stimulatory family members play a different role in precisely regulating T cell activation. The intervention co-stimulation pathway may provide some possible strategies for the clinical treatment of autoimmune diseases and tumors, organ transplantation and the like.
