1 临床资料患者男性,49岁。以反复头晕1年、发作性胸痛两天于1991年2月27日入院。患者1年来血压波动于18.7～20/12～13.3 kPa(140～150/90～99 mmHg)。入院前两天,出现无明显诱因的胸痛,多发于夜间及凌晨,每次持续20～60分钟,服“益心丸”可缓解。入院时体检:血压19/12 kPa(142/90 mmHg),心率80次/分,律齐,余未见明显病理体征。入院后出现3次非胸痛时,心电图检查均大致正常;Ⅹ线胸片示心肺未
