地龙白糖液是将鲜地龙若干条,放入碗内,加入适量的白糖,置放数小时,俟白糖化尽,地龙干瘪后,过滤其液即得。笔者将该法应运于临床,每获良效,现介绍如下,请匡正参考。一、流火。李××,女,23岁,工人,一九八七年四月一日就诊。左足背红肿2天,伴发热恶寒。检查:左足背肿胀,斑片鲜红,压之退色即复,扪之灼热,并有触痛,舌苔黄腻,脉数。此乃湿热毒邪,流注于下,蕴于经络,发为流火。治宜:清热解毒,和营利湿。内服方选萆薢渗湿汤加地丁草、二花。外用地龙白糖液湿敷,一日二次,每次20分钟。三天
