目的了解三种剂形含氯消毒剂消毒效果及其稳定性。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行了比较观察。结果以含有效氯400 mg/L含氯消毒片消毒液对金色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用5min,可达到完全杀灭;含相同浓度的消毒粉剂和液体制剂作用15 min,对两种试验菌均不能达到完全杀灭。用含有效氯500 mg/L的三种消毒剂溶液,对物体表面擦拭消毒作用10 min,对自然菌的杀灭对数值范围为1.68~2.07。结论三种剂形含氯消毒剂杀灭细菌繁殖体效果,以片剂最好。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect and stability of three formulations of chlorine disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test methods were compared. Results The disinfectant solution containing chlorine 400 mg / L chlorine disinfectant could kill Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli completely for 5 min. The disinfectant containing the same concentration of disinfectant and liquid preparation for 15 min, Can not achieve complete kill. Three kinds of disinfectant solution containing effective chlorine 500 mg / L were used to disinfect the surface of the object for 10 min, and the killing logarithm value for natural bacteria ranged from 1.68 to 2.07. Conclusion Three formulations of chlorine disinfectant to kill bacteria propagules effect, the best tablet.
