本文对闽西北(三明市所属11个县、市)1960—2011年“倒春寒”天气进行了统计分析,揭示了“倒春寒”天气的时间、地域分布特征;普查了1960—2011年“倒春寒”天气期间500hPa、850hPa、700hPa、地面等天气图资料,对“倒春寒”天气的成因进行分析,归纳总结出闽西北倒春寒的概念模型,着重分析了2011年3月闽西北倒春寒的成因,剖析倒春寒造成闽西北早稻烂秧死苗的原因,并提出相应的防御对策。
