乡村公共舆论是乡村社会有序运行的重要基础。当前农村社会正在经历深刻变迁,乡村公共舆论对农村社会的评价和指导作用日益微弱。在社会化小农阶段,农户的生产生活和交往越来越脱离乡村共同体,熟人社会逐渐“陌生化”。同时,传统道德资源和集体主义道德的共同缺失,使农村社会道德资源愈加匮乏,经济利益最大化成为乡村成员的行为准则。乡村公共舆论发挥作用的基础正在遭到严重侵蚀,其对共同体成员的制约作用也大大弱化。社会主义新农村建设要以公共文化为核心来推动乡村公共舆论复兴,实现农村社会的和谐有序。
Rural public opinion is an important foundation for the orderly operation of rural society. At present, the rural society is experiencing profound changes. The evaluation and guidance of the rural public opinion on rural society is increasingly weak. In the stage of socialization of smallholder farmers, the production, living and interaction of peasants are increasingly separated from the rural community and the acquaintance society gradually becomes “unfamiliar”. At the same time, the common absence of moral resources and collectivism has made the moral resources of rural society increasingly scarce, and the maximization of economic benefits has become the code of conduct for rural members. The foundations for the role of public opinion in the countryside are being seriously eroded, and their constraints on the members of the Community are also greatly diminished. The building of new socialist countryside should take public culture as the core to promote the revival of public opinion in rural areas and achieve the harmonious and orderly rural society.
