目的探讨脑损伤患儿早期综合康复治疗的方法及临床效果。方法 41例脑损伤通过输入营养神经药物,高压氧,按摩推拿,理疗等方法进行综合康复治疗。结果经过综合康复治疗了3~6个月,正常化37例,有效3例,无效1例。总有效率98%。结论脑损伤的早期综合康复治疗,能最大程度地降低儿童的伤残发生率,促进家庭的和谐,通过人口素质,具有重要的临床和社会意义。
Objective To explore the early comprehensive rehabilitation of children with brain injury and clinical results. Methods Forty-one cases of brain injury were treated by the methods of feeding neurotrophic drugs, hyperbaric oxygen, massage, physiotherapy and so on. Results After comprehensive rehabilitation for 3 to 6 months, 37 cases were normalized, 3 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. The total efficiency of 98%. Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation of brain injury can minimize the incidence of disability in children and promote the harmony of the family. Through the population quality, it has important clinical and social significance.
