目的了解分析医院复印病案现状,提供人性化服务,加强宣传力度,提高病案工作人员各方面素质,为医院长远发展做好窗口工作。方法运用Excel对复印中存在的问题进行分析。结果复印数量三年增加3857人次,但存在着复印内容错误、复印内容不全及复印者手续不全的问题。结论要做好人性化服务,加强病案管理人员各方面素质,运用沟通技巧,减少医患纠纷,发挥窗口作用。
Objective To understand and analyze the status quo of hospital photocopying medical records, provide humanized services, strengthen publicity and improve the quality of medical personnel in all aspects, so as to provide a good window for the hospital’s long-term development. Methods Using Excel to analyze the problems in copy. As a result, the number of photocopies increased by 3,857 in three years, but there was a problem that the contents of the photocopies were incorrect, the contents of the photocopies were not complete, and the photocopying procedures were incomplete. Conclusions We should do a good job of human services, strengthen the quality of medical personnel in all aspects, use communication skills, reduce disputes between doctors and patients, and play a window role.
