成神经细胞瘤(NB)是小儿时期胚胎性交感神经系统的恶性肿瘤。由于肿瘤发生部位隐匿,具有早期转移的特点,临床表现呈多样性,初诊病例颇易误诊。我科近30年来共收治小儿NB50例,其中误诊33例(66.6％)。现进行总结分析,探讨误诊原因。临床资料男20例,女13例。<3岁12例,4～6岁11例,7～11岁10例,最小者仅45天。误诊时
Neuroblastoma (NB) is a malignant tumor of the embryonic sympathetic nervous system in infancy. Due to the occult tumor site, with the characteristics of early metastasis, the clinical manifestations were diverse, the newly diagnosed cases are easily misdiagnosed. In recent 30 years, our department has admitted to treat children with NB50 cases, of which 33 cases were misdiagnosed (66.6%). Now carry out a summary analysis to explore the causes of misdiagnosis.
