目的:对香木菌桂的药材性状、显微特征进行鉴别。方法:通过观察粉末、横切片,进行显微鉴定。结果:香木菌桂的显微鉴别特征明显,叶横切面主脉发达,有分枝状石细胞与上表皮垂直。粉末鉴定叶石细胞较多,且多呈分枝状;导管多见,多为螺纹导管,少量为梯网纹导管;腺鳞和气孔类型明显。枝的石细胞较多,细胞壁多增厚不均,导管也多见。结论:上述特征可作为香木菌桂质量标准制定的参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the medicinal properties and microscopic features of the fragrant wood. METHODS: Microscopic identification was performed by observing the powder, cross-sectioning. Results: The microscopic identification of fragrant wood was obvious, the main vein of leaf cross section was well developed, and the dendritic cells were perpendicular to the epidermis. Powder identification leaf stone cells more, and mostly branched; more common catheter, mostly thread catheter, a small amount of ladder network conduit; adenosine and stomata obvious. Stones more branches, cell wall thickening uneven, more common catheters. Conclusion: The above characteristics can be used as a reference basis for the quality standard of incense.
