近年来,不少档案馆把加强馆藏地方特色建设作为发展档案事业的一项战略性工作来抓,馆藏地方特色日渐突出,方便了社会利用,推动了档案馆更好地为“两个文明”建设服务。但这项工作毕竟起步晚,经验少,存在的问题还很多,本文谨就如何加强这项工作谈点肤浅认识,并以此求教同仁。 (一) 重视、加强馆藏地方特色建设工作,首先要充分认识馆藏形成特色的必要性、重要性,以及这项工作的重要意义。
