本文针对传统班级管理的种种弊端,提出了改革的必要性。着重指出推行班级人本化管理的具体措施为:构建人本化的班级组织结构,制订人本化的班级管理目标,建设人本化的班级规章制度,推行人本化的班级教育载体,取得了较好的成效。
This article aims at the problems of traditional class management and puts forward the necessity of reform. The paper points out that the specific measures to promote the human-based management of classes are as follows: to construct a human-oriented class organization structure, to formulate human-oriented class management goals, to establish human-oriented class rules and regulations and to implement a human-oriented class education carrier, A better result.
