采用碳吸附燃烧法制备氧化铈纳米粉体.探讨了碳黑的加入量对粉体表面积的影响,以得到最佳的碳黑加入量.利用XRD,TEM和BET等现代物理测试方法对其物相、颗粒度、分散性、颗粒形貌和比表面积等性能进行表征.结果表明,700℃焙烧的粉体呈现出良好的结晶状态,为立方萤石结构,颗粒均匀分散,比面积为50 h/g,平均颗粒直径为28 nm;氧化铈纳米粉体在600℃焙烧2 h后,其结构稳定,团聚较小.
The carbon dioxide combustion method was used to prepare the nano-sized cerium oxide powders.The effects of the addition amount of carbon black on the surface area of the powders were discussed in order to get the best addition amount of carbon black.The physical and chemical properties of the cerium oxide nanoparticles were studied by XRD, TEM and BET Phase, particle size, dispersibility, particle morphology and specific surface area were characterized.The results show that the powder calcined at 700 ℃ has a good crystal state, cubic fluorite structure, the particles are uniformly dispersed, the area is 50 h / g and the average particle diameter is 28 nm. After being roasted at 600 ℃ for 2 h, the nanosized cerium oxide has stable structure and small agglomeration.
