为了生产不适于直接氰化的含金硫化矿精矿(主要是黄铁矿),许多矿石均要进行富集。通常,这些难选的含金精矿含有会引起环境或选矿方面问题的不利元素,如砷、锑等。预处理技术大部份用于在氰化之前对这些矿石进行加工,其中包括焙烧、加压氧化、化学氧化、预先充气和最近的细菌氧化,对于处理某一特殊的含金黄铁矿精矿来说,本文就细菌预先氧化与传统焙烧法进行了技术与经济指标的比较。比较结果为这两种预选方法提供了选矿流程、试产与投资费估值和收益率,并证明了细菌预先氧化法的可能优点。
In order to produce gold-bearing sulfide ore concentrates that are not suitable for direct cyanation, mainly pyrite, many ore are enriched. Often, these refractory gold-bearing concentrates contain negative elements that can cause environmental or ore dressing problems such as arsenic, antimony and the like. Most of the pretreatment techniques are used to process these ores prior to cyanidation, including roasting, pressurized oxidation, chemical oxidation, pre-aeration and recent bacterial oxidation. For the treatment of a particular gold-bearing pyrite concentrate Said that in this paper, bacterial pre-oxidation and traditional roasting method were compared with technical and economic indicators. The comparison provides the beneficiation process, pilot production and investment costs estimates, and yield rates for both pre-selection methods and demonstrates the potential benefits of the pre-oxidation of bacteria.
