大扭角、大曲率等复杂空间曲面叶型是航空发动机叶片发展的趋势,而传统的测量方法已经不能满足这种新型叶片的测量需要。多次的测量比对数据显示,利用CAD模型引导测量并评价的方法不但降低了叶片测量在等高方面的要求,而且消除了投影计算方法中带来的计算误差,更加快速、准确地反映了叶片的真实加工质量。
