随着外来文化和流行文化的大范围席卷,处于青春期的中学生想法独特,思想较为前卫,学习主动性容易变差,传统的学校管理越难越符合他们的个性化发展。因此,有些学校的中学生教育管理的实际效果与预期效果差之甚远。这主要是由于学校的教育管理制度与社会环境的开放程度不相符和教师的管理制度与学生的心理要求不相符造成的。要想改变这种格局,中学校长必须充分认识到中学生的心理需求和发展特点,重新定位,调整管理制度。本文从中学生的心理特点出发,提出中学生教育管理的几点建议。
With the wide spread of foreign cultures and popular culture, the middle school students in adolescence have unique ideas, are more avant-garde in thinking, and their learning initiative tends to deteriorate. The more difficult the traditional school management accords with their individualized development. Therefore, in some schools, the actual effect and expected result of educational management of secondary school students are far behind. This is mainly due to the inconsistency between the school’s educational management system and the openness of the social environment and the inconsistency between the teacher’s management system and the students’ psychological requirements. To change this pattern, secondary school principals must fully recognize the psychological needs and development characteristics of secondary school students, reposition themselves and adjust their management systems. Based on the psychological characteristics of middle school students, this paper puts forward some suggestions on secondary school students’ education and management.
