采用微波辅助溶胶凝胶法制备海泡石/TiO2复合催化剂,并用X射线荧光光谱仪、激光粒度仪、X射线衍射仪对海泡石/TiO2复合催化剂进行表征,研究了微波功率、微波处理温度及时间对海泡石/TiO2复合催化剂光催化降解乙酰甲胺磷效果的影响。结果表明:海泡石可有效负载TiO2;海泡石/TiO2复合催化剂中同时含有锐钛矿相和金红石相的TiO2;当微波功率为400W,微波处理温度为30℃,处理20min时,制得的海泡石/TiO2复合催化剂对乙酰甲胺磷具有较好的光催化降解效果。
The sepiolite / TiO2 composite catalyst was prepared by microwave assisted sol-gel method. The sepiolite / TiO2 composite catalyst was characterized by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, laser particle size analyzer and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the sepiolite can effectively support TiO2; the sepiolite / TiO2 composite catalyst contains both anatase phase and rutile phase; when the microwave power is 400W, the microwave treatment temperature is 30 ℃, The sepiolite / TiO2 composite catalyst has good photocatalytic degradation effect on acephate.
