本文介绍了简易真空炉的基本结构及使用方法。活动式真空室和两点测温以及双水冷结构,是本设备的特点,只要严格控制工艺参数,就能确保产品质量。该设备造价低、使用方便。另外,本文对精密弹性元件的真空热处理进行了探讨,并以铍青铜弹簧片的生产实践为例,与普通热处理炉的时效作了对比,证明了真空热处理具有无氧化、变形小、确保尺寸精度和机械性能等优点。
This article describes the basic structure and use of simple vacuum furnace. Active vacuum chamber and two-point temperature measurement and dual water-cooled structure are the features of this equipment. As long as the process parameters are strictly controlled, the product quality can be ensured. The device is low cost, easy to use. In addition, the vacuum heat treatment of precision elastic components is discussed in this paper. Taking the production practice of beryllium copper spring leaf as an example, it is contrasted with the aging of ordinary heat treatment furnace.
