随着教育体制的改革,素质教育逐步提上日程,青少年在学习阶段的身体健康也受到越来越多的关注,因此,体育课应以学生的健康发展为中心,要切合学生的实际体育水平与身心发展的规律来达到课程要求。而为了达到教学效果,使课堂效果反映良好,教师则需要利用各种教学方法和手段来将课程安排得丰富多彩,从教学方法的概念出发,对其分类及合理运用进行了分析和探讨。
