目的:比较HBV相关性肝细胞癌患者的肝癌组织与癌旁组织中miR-375的表达。方法:以西京医院进行肝癌切除术治疗的HBs Ag阳性的25例患者为研究对象,收集肝癌组织、癌旁组织及术前外周血标本,并采集相关临床信息。采用反转录和实时荧光定量PCR的方法检测组织中miR-375的表达水平。结果:本研究共收集的25例肝癌患者HBs Ag均为阳性,在肝癌组织中miR-375的表达水平为2.51×10-3±3.61×10-3,显著低于在癌旁组织中的表达水平(15.23×10-3±20.85×10-3;t=3.12,P<0.05)。结论:miR-375在HBV相关性肝细胞癌肝癌组织中表达显著下调。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the expression of miR-375 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues in patients with HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: 25 HBsAg-positive patients who underwent hepatectomy in Xijing Hospital were enrolled in this study. HCC tissues, peritumoral tissues and preoperative peripheral blood samples were collected and relevant clinical information was collected. Reverse transcription and real-time quantitative PCR were used to detect the expression of miR-375 in the tissue. Results: Totally 25 cases of HCC were positive for HBsAg in this study. The expression level of miR-375 in HCC was 2.51 × 10-3 ± 3.61 × 10-3, which was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues (15.23 × 10-3 ± 20.85 × 10-3; t = 3.12, P <0.05). Conclusion: miR-375 is significantly down-regulated in HBV-associated hepatocellular carcinoma.
