今年1～9月,该厂生产卷板229.5万吨,为历史同期118%,为该厂设计年产量159万吨的1.44倍。同时,日产量、月产量也迭创佳绩,一个个以往被视为不可逾越的数字被一而再、再而三地刷新。产品质量也达到前所未有的高水平,今年前3个季度,产品合格率达到98.88%,比同期高出0.01个百分点,产品成材率达到96.66%,高出同期0.83个百分点。
From January to September this year, the plant produced 2.295 million tons of coils, 118% over the same period of history, and 1.44 times the designed annual output of 1.59 million tons. At the same time, the daily output and the monthly output have also made great success. Numbers that were once regarded as insurmountable were refreshed again and again. The product quality has also reached an unprecedented high level. In the first three quarters of this year, the product qualification rate reached 98.88%, 0.01 percentage points higher than that of the same period. The product yield reached 96.66%, up 0.83 percentage points over the same period.
