为判定妇女在绝经前使用雌激素对绝经妇女健康的影响行前瞻性研究。研究对象为美国匹兹堡市的179名绝经前妇女,年龄42～50岁,其中不包括外科手术绝经者、高血压患者及服用干扰代谢、血压和精神药物者。依据绝经前使用雌激素的状况,将受试者分为二组,第一组50人为使用雌激素者,第二组129人为不使用雌激素者。调查方法是按照调查表询问受试者的个人史、生活史、家族史及有关人口统计学特征,进行体格检查并采集血液标本作生化检验,以后每6个月随访一次,直到绝经后3个月为止。然后将所获得的健康参数进行统计学处理。
Prospective study to determine the effect of estrogen on the health of postmenopausal women in premenopausal women. The study was conducted on 179 premenopausal women in the city of Pittsburgh, aged 42 to 50 years. Excludes surgical menopause, hypertensive patients and those who interfere with metabolism, blood pressure and psychotropic substances. According to the status of estrogen used before menopause, the subjects were divided into two groups, the first group of 50 people who use estrogen, the second group of 129 people who do not use estrogen. The survey method was to inquire the subject’s personal history, life history, family history and relevant demographic characteristics according to the questionnaire, to conduct physical examination and collect blood samples for biochemical tests. Follow-up was conducted every 6 months till 3 postmenopausal Month up. The obtained health parameters were then statistically processed.
