目的:观察中药安体维康对环磷酰胺(cy)所致免疫功能低下小鼠B淋巴细胞转化的刺激和增强体液免疫作用。方法:于给药第11天,造成小鼠免疫功能低下。摘取脾脏,制成脾细胞悬液,观察脾B淋巴细胞转化的刺激指数。结果:模型组脾B淋巴细胞转化刺激指数较对照组明显下降(P<0.001),cy所致免疫功能低下模型成功;阳性对照药珍奥核酸、安体维康3.2、6.4g生药/kg两剂量组能显著升高cy所致免疫功能低下小鼠脾脏B淋巴细胞转化的刺激指数(P<0.01、P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论:安体维康3.2、6.4g生药/kg两剂量均能明显增强cy所致免疫功能低下小鼠B淋巴细胞转化的刺激指数,提示该药具有增强体液免疫作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Anziweikang on the conversion of B lymphocytes in mice with immunocompromised mice induced by cyclophosphamide (cy) and to enhance humoral immunity. METHODS: On the 11th day of administration, the immune function of the mice was low. The spleen was removed and a spleen cell suspension was prepared to observe the stimulation index of splenic B lymphocyte transformation. Results: Compared with the control group, the conversion stimulation index of spleen B lymphocytes in the model group was significantly lower (P<0.001). The cy-induced immunodepression model was successful; the positive control drugs Zhenao Nuojiao, Anziweikang 3.2, 6.4g crude drug/kg. The dose group could significantly increase the stimulation index of spleen B lymphocyte transformation in mice with immunocompromised cy (P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: Both doses of 3.2 and 6.4g crude drug/kg/kg can significantly increase the stimulation index of B-lymphocyte transformation in mice with cy-induced hypoimmunity, suggesting that the drug can enhance humoral immunity.
