近年来有关高职院校教师职称评聘改革的呼声日趋强烈,探索区别于普通高等学校的高职院校教师职称评审模式,成了高等职业教育进一步发展的推手。本文笔者结合陕西省高职院校职称评聘现状,分析了存在的问题,进而结合高等职业教育的特点,提出了改进高职院校教师职称评聘工作的路子。
In recent years, the reform of professional titles of teachers in higher vocational colleges has become louder and louder than ever before. It explores the evaluation mode of professional titles of teachers in higher vocational colleges which is different from that of ordinary colleges and universities and becomes the promoter of the further development of higher vocational education. Combining with the status quo of title appraisal and appointment in higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province, the author analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the way to improve appraisal and appointment of teachers in higher vocational colleges by combining the characteristics of higher vocational education.
