在某小型旋挖钻机钻桅与回转平台之间设计一种铰接机构,以便提高调整钻杆时的灵活性。对铰接机构的轴承及销轴进行改进,有效避免轴承及销轴端部固定螺栓的疲劳破坏。
A hinge mechanism is designed between the drilling mast and the swivel platform of a small rotary drilling rig to improve the flexibility of adjusting the drill pipe. The hinge mechanism of the bearing and pin to improve, effectively prevent the bearing and the pin end of the bolt fatigue damage.
