在当前市场经济人潮冲击下,现代市场的竞争归根结底是对人才的竞争。面对迅猛发展的外资企业在人才上的不平等竞争,国有企业的人才流失日趋严重。而我们上海海豹水泥(集团)公司却能在当前人才流动日益活跃的大环境中始终处于主动地位。基本上能做到:需要的人才“引得进、留得住、用得好”。自1988年以来公司共接收大、中专毕业生58名,从外省市引进高、中级专业技术人员32名。到目前为止,引进人员中有5人被提拔到企业领导岗位、4人被提拔到中层管理岗位、23人在各类技

However, our company Shanghai Seal Cement (Group) Co., Ltd. has always been in a proactive position in the current environment of increasingly active talent flow. Basically it can be achieved: The talents needed can be “advance, retain, and use well.” Since 1988, the company has received 58 graduates of major and secondary schools and 32 high and intermediate professional and technical personnel from other provinces and cities. So far, 5 of the imported staff have been promoted to the leadership position of the company, 4 people have been promoted to middle management positions, and 23 people have been in various technologies.
