慢性型格林—巴利综合征临床上较少见,我院自1976年~1990年收治9例,约占同期格林—巴利综合征住院病人的(9/262)3.4%。9例中男6例,女3例,年龄16~56岁。均缓慢起病,症状达高峰时间3~11月,平均6.5个月。首发症状:肢体麻木4例;麻木无力4例,其中2例为一侧肢体;双手抖动1例。感觉症状:9例中8例末梢型感觉障碍,其中2例仅为主观感觉异常,1例无感觉障碍。运动障碍:9例四肢肌力
Chronic Guillain-Barre syndrome is clinically rare, 9 cases were treated in our hospital from 1976 to 1990, accounting for about 3.4% of the 9 inpatients with Guillain-Barre syndrome in the same period. 9 cases of 6 males and 3 females, aged 16 to 56 years. All of them developed slowly. The symptoms peaked from March to November with an average of 6.5 months. The first symptom: limb numbness in 4 cases; numbness weakness in 4 cases, of which 2 cases of one side of the limbs; hands shaking in 1 case. Sensory Symptoms: Eight cases of peripheral sensory disturbances were found in nine cases, of which two cases were subjective sensory abnormalities and one case had no sensory disturbances.
